Brian

Brian is a five-year-old boy from Namilyango Kisenyi and the firstborn in a family of two children.

Before coming into care, Brian attended Baby Class at Junior School in Kisenyi, where he enjoyed learning and spending time with his friend Emmanuel.

‍

Sadly, Brian experienced severe abuse at home, including serious burns to his hands. Neighbours intervened and rescued him, leading to his referral to Good Future and Hope Ministries, where he received medical treatment and psychosocial support at the rescue centre.

‍

Brian has now spent three months at the centre and needs educational support to return to school, as well as continued care and protection as plans are made for his reintegration into a children’s home.
