Jovia’s life changed suddenly when she disclosed sexual abuse within her family. Instead of finding protection at home, she was left without a safe place to stay and faced rejection at a time when she was most vulnerable.

After being brought to safety, Jovia received psychosocial support and was able to continue her education and vocational training. She is currently studying nursing and preparing for independent living. With continued support, Jovia can complete her training and build a future shaped by stability, strength, and independence rather than by what she endured.
