Kelsy

Kelsy is a thoughtful and determined young girl whose life has been shaped by hardship. She lives with her parents and younger sister Precious in extremely difficult conditions. Her mother suffers from chronic depression, and her father is battling kidney failure, which has left him unable to work or provide for the family.

With both parents incapacitated, Kelsy and her sibling have been growing up in a fragile environment, lacking stability, basic necessities, and emotional support. Despite these challenges, Kelsy has always shown a quiet resilience and a desire to learn.

She was enrolled in the Education Support Program to help her continue schooling and receive care in the midst of her family's struggles. Sadly, in January 2025, Kelsy was withdrawn from the program due to the absence of a sponsor. She is now out of school, and her education—and sense of hope—is at risk.

Kelsy still dreams of returning to class, reconnecting with friends, and building a better future. With the right support, she can overcome the obstacles she faces and begin again.
