Praise
Praise is the eldest of five siblings whose lives were deeply affected by the loss of both parents within a short period of time. Their father, a police officer, passed away in May 2024. One year later, their mother also died in a car accident, leaving the children without parental care.
Since these losses, Praise and her siblings have been living at Good Future and Hope, where they receive care, protection, and access to education. As the oldest child and the only girl, Praise carries a strong sense of responsibility and often looks out for her younger brothers. She is emotionally aware, articulate, and mature beyond her age.
Despite grief and major disruption, Praise continues to engage seriously with her education. School provides her with structure and a sense of normalcy after profound loss. With stability, care, and consistent support, Praise has the space to process her experiences and continue developing her natural leadership and compassion.
