Tom

Tom left his home environment and relocated to another town with a peer. After arriving, he was left without adult supervision or support and spent time living on the streets, without anyone responsible for his care.

He was later found alone and referred for protection. Tom is now in a safe environment where he receives shelter, psychosocial support, and assistance with family tracing and reintegration planning. With continued support, he can return to education and maintain the stability he needs to move forward.
